Booking Policies

Payment Policies

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required immediately upon booking to secure the date.

The deposit can be made through our website. Confirmation is provided on the website and via email.

Invoices are available upon request.

Clean, leveled surfaces are required for setups; no dirt or gravel surfaces allowed. Indoors setups are permitted.

A shaded location is needed when the outdoor temperature exceeds 79ºF.

A working electrical outlet is required for our bounce houses.
Face Paint Policy
No setup at events with face paint; contact with face paint permanently damages our equipment.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling up to 48 hours before the reservation; the $50 deposit is non-refundable.

Refund of all except the $50 deposit if a mutual decision to cancel due to weather.

Weather-related cancellations credited toward a future reservation within a year.

Rescheduling Policy

Reschedules within a year based on availability; $50 deposit can be used as credit for future bookings.

Rescheduling more than once incurs a $50 inconvenience fee.
